Meet the Facilitator Behind The Founders’ Co
The program is led by Tomi Olatunbode
She is an accomplished entrepreneur, mentor, and the visionary founder of Spazio Ideale, an award-winning interior design firm with offices in Lagos, Dubai, and Johannesburg.
With over nine years of experience, Tomi has delivered exceptional projects for leading organizations such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Development Bank, EY, Paystack, Kuda, Moniepoint, and Four Points by Sheraton. Known as Africa’s Female Tech Interior Designer, she blends creativity, structure, and strategy to bring powerful ideas to life.
A graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Lagos Business School, Tomi also holds a Master’s in Interior Design from Florence Design Academy, Italy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Covenant University.
Through The Founders’ Co, Tomi channels her passion for leadership, sustainability, and entrepreneurship into helping other founders build structured, scalable, and impactful businesses.
